• Responsible for the growth and strategic planning for 6 target markets within the Pacific Region for Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals
• Manage relationships with all Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals within the Pacific Region
• Direct and achieve financial objectives for hospitals with growth of top sponsors between 5-8% for target markets.
• Collaborating with Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals regional directors and account managers to increase grassroots fundraising from sponsors
• Mentoring the program directors of Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals in how to successfully nurture sponsor relationships
• Foster the relationships with the top ten sponsors within Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals Pacific Region

• Responsible for the strategic direction and planning, recruitment and execution of fund raising programs with portfolio accounts, including major corporations and over 80 colleges and universities
• Direct and achieve financial objectives for sponsor accounts and programs as established in the strategic plans with a fund raising growth in accounts of 11.5% in 2006 and 22% in 2007
• Effectively built and grew relationships allowing me to help them build their sponsorships through Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals
• Oversee and conduct presentations and trainings, execute special events, (included an annual leadership conference)
• Worked with Dance Marathon program and developed and managed new volunteer model for eight regional specialists strategically placed throughout the country to help maximize revenue with a growth of 17% in 2006, 23% in.
