Gone are the days of filling out timecards by hand and taking employees at their word when it comes to recording hours worked! While continuing to support our clients' general payroll needs, my focus has shifted to navigating new software programs and payroll solutions available. Focusing on timekeeping solutions, I am responsible for making sure our clients' timekeeping seamlessly integrates with our payroll software. Identifying and correcting issues, creating custom scripting, and customizing reporting features all make up a large part of my day to ensure our clients are receiving the most accurate time and labor management reporting possible.

Though I currently maintain over a hundred payroll accounts in iSolved, I also manage about 30 accounts in Swipeclock requiring specialized and sometimes quite intricate timekeeping rules. I also build and help maintain numerous timekeeping accounts in iSolved Time, providing troubleshooting for time card issues, absence and holiday policies, and time clocks.

Maintaining a personal caseload of over 100 accounts, as well as supporting hundreds of others, my main goal is to ensure our clients are happy with the service they are receiving. Knowing the ins and outs of my clients' payroll and human resource needs is the crux of my job. I do everything I can to keep them on track and on time.

AccuPay HCM is in the Human Capital Management business servicing clients in 47 states and the District of Columbia. Our clients range anywhere from 1 to 1,200 employees.I am the first person clients see and speak to when visiting or calling. I am responsible for ensuring clients are directed to a specialist to best suit their needs, as well as assisting in the final process of printing, packaging, and tracking the completed payrolls and tax documents to ensure proper and timely delivery to clients. I keep client contact information up to date, and assist in entering new client information into our databases. I track and reorder printing inventory and office supplies.It is my goal to provide every client with a friendly and personalized experience every time they call or visit.

Recently I have begun to delve into the world of book and album covers, and am a veritable .gif wizard.In 2015 I was tasked to design a visual asset for an online community, which became available in 2016 in the form of a wearable avatar t-shirt in Funcom's MMORPG 'The Secret World'. In 2016 I was tasked a second time to design another virtual asset for the same purpose in the same game, which became available later that year.
