Traci grew her first business, FilzFelt, from a few thousand dollars of investment into a corporate acquisition with $32M in annual sales. While working as Vice President of Marketing at Spinneybeck | FilzFelt, she took on the side hustle of renovating a dilapidated house in Southern Maine. She created a successful short-term vacation rental with her unique blend of design, management, and marketing savvy. The Bracy House was published in Maine magazine and named one of ‘The Best Airbnbs in Maine, from Kennebunkport to Acadia National Park’ by Condé Nast Traveller. Now a Portland, Maine resident, she recently purchased a nineteenth-century row house, which she and her husband plan to restore and renovate, and she has a new business in the works.
