I responded to in bound customer service calls with the objective of selling and confirming food, beverage and golf revenue with an emphasis on world-class customer service. I also provided timely responses to guest requests for general information regarding the resort to include, but not limited to, hours of operation, seasonal offerings, and other special events. I was the lead coordinator for the Orange County region, responsible for organizing and execution of monthly food events. I engaged over 300 local media and community organizations through traditional and social media strategies. Additionally I wrote and distributed press releases to local/national news outlets, managed media relations campaigns and coordinated interviews.

As the lead media contact for Lionsgate Home Entertainment I executed online and regional media outreach to over 5,000 newspapers, broadcast stations and websites. This included but was not limited to creating publicity materials for films, including press releases, fact sheets, pitches and social media strategies and visual assets. While I was there I produced strategic publicity campaigns for over 60 films and television series.
