I handle various marketing services for small-business clients as needed- marketing plans and strategies, social media and paid digital advertising, promotions, public relations, and events.

 Responsible for Center’s advertising, branding, public relations, community involvement and tenant relations for 450,000 square foot outdoor designer outlet center. Created and managed Center’s annual marketing and advertising budget to support Center’s programs, events and initiatives.  Oversaw the Center’s advertising, media buying and website development agencies, including oversight of billing, scheduling and deliverables.  Served as Center’s official spokesperson to all media. Developed Center’s tenant communications and engagement platforms by implementing monthly Managers meetings, kick-off meetings, newsletters, e-blasts and incentive programs. Designed, developed, and managed new large-scale Center events (Moonlight Madness, Autumn Tides, Evening of Giving, Back pack to School), increasing increase foot traffic, sales and community involvement.  Increased Center’s Sales per Square Foot 26% from 2001 to 2010. 
