When a child is in foster care and Parents have lost their educational rights. I can be appointed to navigate the educational rights of a child as a surrogate parent. I support school districts all over Cincinnati and other areas by attending and advocating for children that need special education plans. I have completed the Ohio Department of Education’s training program for Educational parent surrogate and currently manage 25+ individual education plans cases on a volunteer basis.
