As part of the mission of OFA is to train the next generation of progressives, my new role as Director of Digital Training and Special Programs is to implement training and outreach programs from a digital perspective. • Digital Fellows Program (a 3 month intensive training for people who want to transition to campaigns and non-profit digital positions)• Professional development for current digital team• Developing OFA film program by establishing networks with social impact filmmakers and producers. These films can be used to engage new audiences and drive the conversation on the issues OFA organizes around.• Digital liaison for external programs - such OFA Store and the Community Organizing Institute - by applying Digital goals and managed the assets needed.
