Benefits Analyst
CurrentAnalyze staff member utilization of current benefits and develop specific recommendations for review by management. Attend seminars to find new ideas for Benefits and present to management.Complete benefit surveys with NFM data. Work with other benefits staff, vendors and staff company-wide regarding benefit plans. Help enroll new staff members in benefit plans, provide benefits orientation, process status changes, and review claims. Help staff members resolve benefits problems.Plan and program Open Enrollment in HRIS system. Manage end to end process of health screenings to include vendor management as well as onsite logistics for all NFM stores and subsidiaries.Oversee monthly billing with vendors. Maintain vendor contact to investigate discrepancies and provide information in non-routine situations. Analyze, coordinate and administer any plan changes, including preparing materials, revising policies and procedures, and communicating changes to staff.
