Below is a list of projects I’ve completed while at TECapstone: Vending Machine - Working alongside three of my peers, we were able to simulate the functionality of a vending machine in a C# console application. Our vending machine functioned as planned; Listing inventory and prices, offering a list of options within three menus for the user, accepting payment and giving correct change. We programmed our vending machine to utilize file I/O using StreamReader & StreamWriter to read from files upon execution of the program and write a transaction log to a file once the program completed. We wrote unit tests and performed QA testing.Capstone: TEnmo Money Transfer App - Working alongside three of my peers, we wrote a RESTful API server and command-line application and created an “online payment service for transferring funds between friends'’. Using C# ASP.NET Web API, We were able to develop an application which allowed a user to register and log in with a username and password; returning JWT to authorize API access which is included with all subsequent interactions within the system. We created a SQL relational database allowing authenticated users to check their balance and access a list of users to transfer money to. Uponexecution of the transfer, the balances to both the sender and receiver are correctly updated. Users are able to see a transaction history and exceptions were put into place to avoid unwanted transactions such as sending more money than the sender has available.Capstone: Brewery Finder - Working as a team of five, we created a full stack application that allows users to find breweries; having the ability to sign in, save favorites, review, and rate them. Brewery owners were able to securely log in and update their content and administrators could log in and manage both the brewery owners and users. Our server was written using ASP.NET Web API and a SQLServer Express Backend. The Frontend uses Vue.js in a single page application configuration.
