Tracy has been with Aiming for Healthy Families for three years. She brings an educational background to the AFHF agency. Tracy is a career marketing educator and certified teacher whose focus has been educating youth and adults in career, technical, and life skills. Her 30 year networking history in our region provides sound relationships in working with schools and community partners.As a SRAE Project Director, Tracy has successfully led her team to serve almost 3000 students in the last three years during the pandemic. Working with Federal Project Officers, evaluators, trainers, third party contractors, grant review committees, government officials and community partners, she has developed a deep knowledge of the federal grant project management process. Her implementation of the grant deliverables has propelled this program to the front lines of the Sexual Risk Avoidance Education.
