• Responsible for leading enterprise communications for Bank of America's Corporate Social Responsibility organization which includes the Bank of America Foundation and the company’s longstanding commitment to advance social equality and economic opportunities.• Serve as a chief strategist for how Bank of America communicates our philanthropic support in our communities and how we are addressing disparities and accelerating opportunities in underserved communities through our $1.25 billion, five-year commitment to help advance racial equality and economic opportunity. • Responsible for creating and implementing communications that support the bank's broad range of national and international philanthropic programs. In 2021, the Foundation provided $370 million in philanthropic investments to drive economic mobility, including more than $94 million in support of workforce development and jobs, $87 million for community development and affordable housing and more than $81 million for basic needs, including nearly $5 million for natural disaster and humanitarian needs.

• Senior corporate communications leader for Bank of America's Global Diversity & Inclusion Organization, Global Diversity and Inclusion Council, and Employee Networks with 230,000 memberships worldwide.• Responsible for delivering global communications, strategies, events and campaigns in support of the company’s focus on being a great place to work. • Key accomplishments: o Led communications and engagement activities for multiple heritage months, including Black History Month, Women's History Month, Military Appreciation Month and LGBTQ+ Pride Month, with an average 92% satisfaction score from employees for the past four years. o The bank’s 2021 Employee Engagement and Diversity & Inclusion Index scores were near-record highs with an overall positive index score of 86%, with internal communications and outreach playing a key role.o Led communications for 2021 Count Me In! Campaign to drive awareness and engagement around the importance of self-disclosing diversity characteristics. The campaign was the company's most successful to date with nearly 70% of employees updating their diversity information. o Responsible for providing D&I related content for the bank’s website, local and national media relations outreach, and social media which consistently resulted in some of the bank’s highest performing posts across all platforms.

• Senior corporate communications leader for Bank of America's California Northwest Transformation Program which successfully delivered the power of one coast-to-coast banking system through the bank's consistent products, processes and platforms to more than 80,000 U.S. based employees and 50 million customer households.• Developed and implemented new communication and engagement strategies and policies in collaboration with line of business executive partners to achieve a flawless transition from an employee, customer, risk, and media perspective.
