Formerly a welder, with extensive GTAW Experience. Actively welded from 1995 with MSM, gaining practical experience with multiple processes to include SAW,FCAW,GMAW and SMAW until passing AWS CWI test in 1999. Promoted to welding supervisor and ran welding dept. for 9 years. Responsible for multiple aspects of the welding dept. to include project management, purchasing, and estimating. Scheduling of all NDT services and managing ASME code projects. Obtained the new AWS RI (radiographic interpreter) and used that as 9 year renewal for CWI certification in 2011. Worked as QC manager and oversaw the welding dept. Providing weld procedures, and maintaining welder continuity logs as well as Project management and estimating duties. March 2017 transferred to MS Industrial as Field QA/QC Manager. Responsibilities are to perform as a liaison between the company and Client Site Management; overseeing all QA/QC activities it the field, directly supervising all members of the QA/QC department, and instructing all management within the field group to include Division Managers, Senior PM's, Site Manager's, Superintendents, and Forman regarding QA/QC criteria for their associated projects. Develop and implement new QA/QC processes and procedures to meet company and client criteria pertaining to QA/QC; and maintain and upkeep the Company's Quality Management System.
