I am an experienced mainframe storage technical specialist with extensive knowledge of storage software and infrastructure having supported multiple customers across different sectors and size of organisation.I am an expert in all major z/OS storage applications and technologies, including IBM DS8K, IBM Virtual Tape Servers (TS7700), Global Mirror and Brocade SAN Directors. My experience includes day to day storage tasks, working with remote teams and leading large scale projects such as data centre migrations, client on-boarding and hardware/software upgrades. I am also familiar with Disaster Recovery policies, procedures and testing. My approach to getting work done is by using my “can do” attitude, being flexible and willing to help others. I am passionate about working together with teams helping and supporting each other to solve problems and get the project completed and will always mentor others along the way.
