Basically I did customer service with this position. I would communicate with customers via e-mail, phone and in person. I would assist them with repairing the new unit by scheduling service appointments and letting them know whats is going on. I also would assist the accounting department with accounts receivables. I would accept payment on customer and manufacture accounts. Also worked as a cashier in the camping store.

Assisted customers by making reservations over the phone and the internet. Also assisted them during check in and check out. Helped owner create weekend schedules,yearly activity schedules and yearly contracts for seasonal sites. Also would help order items for the store that I would work as a cashier in. I Would also bar-tend, waitress and cook.
