Modifies and manages SQL and Access relational databases to include accompanying programming, tables, relationships, queries, forms, and reports; responsible for retrieving, compiling, analyzing and distributing highly visible, specialized, and complex reports on USAR strength for the USAR Leadership, HQDA Staff, the Assistant Secretary of the Army for Manpower and Reserve Affairs, Joint Staff, OSD, Office of Management and Budget, Government Accounting Office and Congress. Prepares budget models for the USAR strength for current and out year programming, budgeting, and execution (PPBE) process. Additionally coordinates transfer and documentation of historical strength data, and Information Technology regarding the transfer of required documentation to enable access to historical strength data for update of client/server based database.
