I have recently completed Physician Associate medical graduate studies at Anglia Ruskin School of medicine. Whilst completing my studies I have also been employed as Substance Misuse Lead for Thurrock Mind Crisis Sanctuary. This has given me invaluable experience of working with individuals and formulating treatment & management protocol. I have experience as a recovery practitioner within a detox and rehabilitation unit where I led group & individual relapse prevention and CBT. Prior to working within mental health and substance misuse health care sector, I ran a successful personal training business for 10 years which utilised an integrated approach focusing on behavioural change, mindset and fitness.
