I help people get the loans they need to buy their home or refinance the one they have. I help clients gather the documentation needed to process the loan. I guide those that are not quite ready to purchase. I am able to suggest ways to help their credit scores and help them with a plan for buying in the future. I help realtors with marketing, going to open houses, preparing flyers they may need with payment information on their listings. When I am working on a loan, I try to do as much as I can so that the realtor is able to concentrate on their next listing or help their next buyer. I try to close loans quickly; however there are times closings are delayed. I try to find these causes for delays early in the process with the hopes of preventing a delay.
