• Administer multiple global vacation systems.

• Oversee the employee benefits enrollment and termination process for medical, dental, life, disability, vision, tuition reimbursement, 401k and cobra.
• Answer any employee benefit questions.
• Reconcile monthly premium bills and employee payroll premium deductions.
• Complete any necessary reports and spreadsheets for Director of Benefits and Compensation.
• Work with various insurance contacts on questions or problems.

• Responsible for all functions of the Human Resource department including employee relations, employee policies and procedures, and advising managers on employment matters.
• Ensuring the facility was in compliance with all OSHA, FMLA, FLSA, ADA, and other Department of Labor regulations.
• Work closely with insurance company to oversee all workers compensation claims.
• Administration of all benefits including insurance and 401k plans.
• Serve on safety, HIPAA, and corporate compliance committees.
• Process the bi-weekly payroll.
