In particular, I managed IBM's implementations of Telepresence, Videxio My Meeting, and WebEx.I am interested in helping an organization expand their use of unified collaboration technologies.I have helped numerous organizations with their move from traditional, classroom-based training to network-based e-learning. In particular, have facilitated small and large implementations of learning management systems, conducted enterprise-wide, e-learning strategy assessments, designed and developed e-learning portal prototypes, and managed the implementation of learning-related, hosted solutions.I have worked in virtually every aspect of courseware design, development, delivery, marketing, and management for IBM, SAS Institute, and Deltak (Thomson/NETg, now Skillsoft). Was an e-learning consultant, a senior instructor in multimedia, and a program manager for the object-oriented programming curriculums. Was manager of computer-based training for SAS Institute and a lead training product developer. The COBOLGenerator project involved a multi-million dollar contract with the Transform; who had over 35 people staffed in Cary toperform this work. Coordinated the execution of the contract with TLC, managedthe contract, oversaw the coordination of work with IBM, and managed thelimited availability release.The HOLODECK project was the result of the research and design efforts of theCSP AdTech Team in my department, who employed object-orientedprogramming principles, using Smalltalk, to architect, design, and develop theprototype for this new generation application generator. This effort also involvedthe use of vendors -- Knowledge Systems Corp. and the McKenna Group.Managed these vendor contracts as well and was responsible for the managementof the Lab's participation in the associated beta test of Digitalk's Smalltalk/V PM. -
