Also leads direct reports in Product Development including Software/Firmware, Electrical, Mechanical, and Product Safety Compliance Engineering. Directs the product development road map from ideation to launch; creates business cases for project justification and market analyses for new products. Continually evaluates, adjusts and develops engineering resources to meet project demands and overall strategies for a $38 million manufacturing division of the second largest business unit in a $24 billion Fortune Global 500 corporation. Interfaces with a global client and resource base in product and solution development.

Report to the VP of Technology with responsibility for several electro-mechanical design, development, and customer support projects for the Gas Chromatograph and Physical Property analyzer product lines.

Report to the Current Engineering Manager with responsibility for mechanical engineering design, development, and customer support of Process Gas Chromatograph analyzer subsystems.

Elected to lead as the Director of ISA's Analytical Division.

Design, develop, and commercially implement advanced sensing technology and integrated data acquisition systems for monitoring and controlling advanced material processes. Coordinate laboratory experiments and field engineering projects for proving and developing the industrial viability of process sensing systems. Market technical expertise and technology in pursuit of contract extensions and new clientele.

Test and develop aluminum alloy products. Analyze and improve high volume aluminum product manufacturing processes. Develop existing and experimental products according to internal and external customer specifications. Create, plan, and direct multiple product test programs. Design and develop test systems in accordance with ASTM and SAE standards. Train and supervise staff technicians on the execution of various ASTM and SAE test standards including test system operation.
