The Managed Print Services Specialist (MPSS) is responsible for providing pre-sales support MPS Offerings to US Channel Partners. Provides channel partners, channel business managers, and sales executives sales support in processes and tools. The MPSS works proactively within their territory while maintaining a sales focus to assist in uncovering additional revenue opportunities and increase partner participation rate and overall revenue growth in Xerox services. Interacting with Xerox external customers, channel partners and personnel and stakeholders to grow existing accounts and opportunity spot for new business.

I work closely with channel partners to drive Managed Print Services solutions to SMB clients. I provide post sale support for various MPS solutions covering all regions of the USA. I monitor clients in a vulnerable state for cancellation and work closely with the clients, channel partners and operations team to meet the client's needs and to resolve escalations.
