Under an experienced mentor teacher I aid in teaching three 9th grade honors classes and three 10th grade collaborative classes. I will plan and teach the entire unit for the novel "To Kill a Mockingbird"​ and most of "The Odyssey". I gained experience working with students with a diverse set of needs (including about 15 students with IEPs), and as well attended all teacher meetings and professional development.
