This was acheived through implementation of the HSE management system, risk assessment and job procedure developement and management, training (for all levels at the facility and new employee orientations). Next phase I worked as a contract HSE working in Nova Scotia as the on site HSE for the load out of coated pipe for Deep Panuke Project. We completed this project with 0 recoradable incidents. Shortly after the completion of this project I was recruited as Regional HSE Coordinator for North America. This included;Facility development.- Aquirement of a coating plant in Canada ... duties included integration activities, gap analysis, program development, along with the largest challenge culture change. - Re-start up of a shuttered plant in the United States. - Support all Canadian and US facilities as required.
