Responsible for the quality of both raw materials and finished product. Acted as team lead for the Process Hazard Analysis team. Developed and implemented a robust process for Material Use Accounting.-Redeveloped and verified the method for material use accounting, a site-wide and production-area-specific method of maintaining monthly information on product yields.-Reorganized the process for managing blend inventory resulting in the reduction of $2M unsalable product.-Led the Suffolk Tech Ops by-products and blend team, which included representatives from various production units across the site. Reduced the amount of by-product/blend in inventory by over 90%.-Led the Raw Material project team which developed a formal process for evaluation and approval of alternate raw materials, which included proper documentation and signoff by responsible functions. Process resulted in saving of over $100K per year, by allowing improved competitive procurement options.

Technical member of the BPCS (ERP) implementation project team, ensuring the smooth implementation of various quality systems across multiple sites into the Quality Management System. Provided support for the integration of the planning and financial data into the BPCS system.
