Looking for a role to use my BSL LEVEL 6 skills and experience to compliment my 2 day a week role in a visitor service role. I am available 2 days a week . I am also interested in consulttion /training / assistance with care of adults with learning disabilities . I have 25 years experience 15 years as a quality registered manager. Interested in short term, emergency cover , set up projects or quality improvement programmes.

During my time at Langdon I supported staff teams and lone workers, interviewed, trained , inducted and coordinated care packages. I promoted good working practice, high standards of care and increased autism awareness and trained staff in deaf awareness. I engaged in development and refurb of supported living homes and advocated for people with learning disabilities.

I Managed a team of skilled staff for Cornerstone Trust which is a Christian Charity . I am also a keen user of BSL at level 6 and regularly sign for deaf friends and church services.
