Working on a project to promote The Award Winning children's well-being app, delivering speeches at high profile conferences targeting head teachers and safeguarding officers whilst also trying to penetrate into the NHS and attending conferences to deliver our message of mental health and child well being. Targeting the government to make change in schools for child well being.

Lecturer in Public Services. Responsible for writing schemes of work and delivering the curriculum designed to suit the needs of students at level 2 and 3. Arranging day and residential trips to meet the needs of the curriculum.

Teaching Early Years Education to Level 2 students. Responsible for the design and delivery of the curriculum to students covering the complete spectrum of the CACHE specification. Encouraging students to step out of their comfort zone and become relaxed with working with young children and encouraging alternative healthy eating and lifestyle choices. Responsibility for writing student reports and meeting with parents, monitoring attendance and progress of students on the course. Supporting Level 3 students in their living whilst in Spain ensuring their safety and well being was put first.

Teaching Public Services; delivering the curriculum from Level 1 through to Level 3. Designing the curriculum to meet the needs of the students through a range of delivery methods. Regular teaching duties including writing student reports, parent evening, monitoring attendance and grades, writing UCAS references when requested and encouraging students in to HE through one to one tutorials. Responsibility for auditing course folders ensuring they were Ofsted ready and mentoring new staff in to the team. Responsible for arranging student residential trips in the UK and Europe ensuring transport and finance was firmly in place. Arranging and delivering team staff development and experience of whole college delivery of staff development.

I worked at the Education Business Partnership looking after 9 secondary schools and setting up work related learning events for 14-16 year old students:Catering Skills Challege gave students the opportunity to interact with local businesses and top London establishments and engage with employees discussing and making food.Mock Interviews gave the students the experience of a 'real life' interview employers. Students are then better prepared to go forward into their chosen career with the knowledge and experience of the difficulties and challenges they face when trying to gain employment or interviews at University.A group of students were taken to RAF Northolt, there they were able to expereince life in the Military, see aircraft being repaired, look at the control tower and take a good look around the Queen's personal plane and sit in her seat.All these events were set up with a very limited budget and using the skills of negotiation to get employers to work with students for free.

I worked at Thurrock and Basildon College as Course tutor to the BFD students enjoying the challenges they brought with them. Throughout my time there I became involved in curriculum design and showed a keen interest in pre 16 students.
