Ms. Grant has been a Licensed Mental Health Clinician for the state of Massachusetts since 2011 and licensed in the state of New Hampshire since 2024. Outpatient therapy is delivered in a Telehealth setting.Ms. Grant is owner of the private practice, Grant Empowerment Counseling Inc. Ms. Grant is the Children's Behavioral Health Initiative (CBHI) Program Director, and Clinical Supervisor for the Multicultural Wellness Center, and a part time clinician at Bridgewell Counseling Services. She is experienced in working in residential placements, using an Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapeutic approach to encourage behavioral change. She has also worked in a residential placement sponsored by the Veteran's Affairs Agency to help build sobriety, manage mental health challenges, and connect veterans to resources and community support. Ms. Grant has delivered trainings to law enforcement professionals regarding assessing mental health symptoms in minority groups.Ms. Grant holds a Master's in Counseling Psychology, a Bachelor's in Psychology and English, and a minor in Human Rights and Political studies. She also holds a certification in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and is certified to treat the Disordered Gambler.
