Program establishes the foundation for; direct sales through Business-2-Business portals, order fulfillment, shipment from EG and PPS factories to Russia Enterprise/Corporate customers, financial flows and all relevant legal and tax regulations.

•Led the execution of the Finance Transformation initiative migrating 98 countries, 213 legal financial entities. Responsible for migrating Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payables transaction processing from intermediary/legacy finance assets to end state SAP ECC 6.0 platform. Integration minimized financial data translation interchanges thus reducing business failure points. Program establishes the foundation for full Accounting & Finance compliance objectives in HP, which is a critical component of HP’s end state Financial Architecture and business processes.

•Led global finance and business matrix teams through three successful acquisition integrations. Responsible for deployment of 70+ country EDS implementation. Managed Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payables integration capabilities and business cut over.
