I have lived in the Santa Clarita Valley since 1982 and have been a real estate professional since 1986. In 1993 I got my brokers license. I have raised 4 fantastic children and now have 4 young grand children. My Husband Lloyd Hauser and I appreciate the quality of life that our community has to offer. I am very active in Santa Clarita, and believe in giving back to our wonderful community by volunteering at the senior center, Single mothers outreach and other non profits that help people by giving a hand up. I work with an amazing team and our number one objective is to serve our clients by guiding and educating them through the process of buying or selling a home. We strive to keep the process enjoyable and help with winning solutions when challenges come.We are very sensitive to families that are downsizing aging parents and have special resources to help ease the stress our clients go through during this challenging process. We love working with first time buyers too! It's an honor helping someone get their first home.
