I've spent my 14+ year career on operations and customer facing to provide solutions in online digital advertising. Currently, I'm the country head of Global Customer Success at Amazon Ad Server. I lead several teams under operations to deliver results to customer: trafficking, creative and Customer Success team. I'm in charge of China (both domestic and export business), Hongkong, Taiwan and South East Asia markets. I successfully launched APAC MBR (Monthly Business Review) in 2023, and be responsible for APAC MBR till now. I have strong capability to work with different team in APAC to gather monthly high/low lights and finish the document with high quality and efficiency. Each month, I host the meeting with global leader and stakeholders to present each month business situations to them. In daily business, I lead the team to contact with our end customers, agencies, creative agencies, publishers and external vendors making sure that they receive the professional service of Amazon Ad server - product guidance, campaign management assistance, account management as well as up-selling. Cost efficiency is what I always focus on, I lead the team to invent and simplify project process frequently. For the issues happening, I build new mechanism to our customer for providing them long-term solutions rather than solving the problem only once.I care about my team and make sure they have a pleasant work routine, training and growth opportunities on their career path.
