As Administrator I extend the reach of the Executive Director’s effectiveness by performing essential operational and strategic administrative functions on a part time basis.Tasks include A/R donation entry, contact management in Virtuous, month end bank and donations reconciliations with reporting in Quickbooks Online, donor communications, fundraising assistance, donor retention relations, payroll, accounts payable, facilitating email prayer ministry, and assisting the Executive Director as needed with varying tasks.

Home office contact and extension of field to missionaries with Mission to the World. My service and support begins after candidate approval and continues through the missionaries support raising and field departure preparations, then on through their careers with Mission to the World.This position includes:● Coaching support of these missionaries includes support, accountability, administrative assistance, encouragement, prayer, and training during their initial fundraising period. Ongoing support upon their initial departure to their respective field and then upon their furlough periods. ● Additional responsibilities include heavy Human Resources, Benefits, and Payroll assistance, policy knowledge, participation with multiple teams for new process creation or initiatives, event coordination, and prayer leadership.● This position relies heavily upon strong administrative skills, interpersonal/intrapersonal skills, strong organization and time management skills, and basic accounting skills to assist with expense reimbursements, expense policies for non-profit, and budget creation.● Promoted to Missionary Representative after a 2 year period as an Accounts Payable Clerk and then a 1 year period as an Administrative Assistant for my current department.

Independent Contractor performing services as needed for the CEO, Operations Officer and the Director of Operations. Presently assisting the Director of Operations as needed administratively. Initially focusing on self care for vocational workers by posting content on the company's intranet platform. Content was original or researched. Secondary focus on social media content for engagement and growth. Currently assisting Office Manager with donation entry.
