  Having worked as an Administrative Assistant for 13 years, I ensure the smooth operation of dailyactivities in College Advancement and the College Foundation. My job is to manage a busyoffice, support our faculty/staff, interact with various stakeholders, process procurement requests(placement, tracking, documentation, etc.) and liaise with the accounting firm supportingfoundation accounts. Managing a busy calendar, coding/depositing funds in bank, keeping our department on track to meet deadlines, and supporting the College Foundation are part of my daily routine.I’ve developed excellent relationships with internal and external constituents, which has helped mesuccessfully manage our annual golf classic raising over $30,000+ annually. Many of our sponsorsreturn each year to support SUNY Delhi students. We work to build relationships with SUNY Delhi alumni and community leaders for philanthropic purposes. Anticipating the needs of our department and the College Foundation enables me to assist with timesensitive requests and to support Vice President Sullivan.
