Organizes and executes all Employee Events and Employee perks.

Organizes and executes all fundraising events, 10 annually, for the ALLY foundation, a non-profit dedicated to putting an end to sexual violence. Responsible for all aspects of event coordination, including event promotion, social media awareness, venue selection and set up, and guest list management. Leads silent and live auction preparation, including approaching donors, soliciting items, producing displays, and handling follow up. Also works on raffles and other revenue enhancers. Conducts outreach to potential sponsors and develops materials required for meetings and pitches. Maintains budgets for events and acquires vendors to contribute to events success.

Responsible for the development of all marketing materials, including emails, social media, flyers, signage and promotions for TEN X CLUB across both internal and external channels. Led relationship with the ad agency to create all direct mail, radio campaigns, and print ads (i.e., Boston Magazine), writing copy and providing signoff before launching to production. Generated leads to develop marketing partnerships with local businesses to provide additional benefits for clientele (i.e. 10% off local retailers) and to produce new sources of revenue.

Controlled and maintained contestant and crew event schedule for entire production on US and International shows. Locations included Vietnam, Mexico and The Bahamas. Coordinated daily shoots, crew placement, and travel across all departments. Supported executive and supervising producers with all aspects of show preparation.

Supported Producers by organizing show segments, recruiting talent, and managing on set events

Assisted the Lead Director, Director of Photography, and Audio Supervisor with daily on set tasks including shoot preparation, cast relations and director notetaking for storyline purposes

Created, proposed, and developed new concepts for several segments of reality TV show pilot. Interviewed and managed talent, in addition to identifying and setting up contestant challenges.

Researched films for the Executive VP and his staff, and helped with production logistics. Organized meetings and special events for Executives, and served as an on set assistant on location.
