Following a successful 15 year career as an energetic, results-driven Senior Marketing professional, I decided to follow my unequivocal passion for developing people! Between 2014 and 2016, I trained as an Executive coach and developed my skills in leadership development to become part of EY's well reputed learning and development function. Since embarking on a new career, I have led and developed EY's accelerated leadership programme for our high potential manager population, EY Edge, and acted as a coach to numerous individuals across all levels and areas of expertise both within EY and externally. Demonstrated through feedback received, I am thrilled to have made a difference to many individuals at differing and critical stages in their careers. Since November 2018, I have been responsible for all learning and development in EY’s Advisory practice (now Consulting). I am delighted to be leading a passionate team and partnering with the business to develop exceptional learning experiences supporting our talented people in delivering the very best to our clients.
