My life and work experiences allow me to bring two key assets to TMD. I am an excellent fit based on my creative problem solving and unique operational methods. In the past I have been tasked with resolving a myriad of issues pertaining to payroll, building maintenance, staffing, supply chain, contract maintenance, policy changing, etcetera. All issues were resolved to the fair satisfaction of all involved. My MBA in HR Management and having my SHRM-CP Certification set me apart as a continual learner of HR and Operations. Methods of operation are a special interest of mine. They should remain fluid and easily adaptable just as our business does with the market environment. I uniquely understand the need to stay current on changes to methodology before they are critically needed.
