Retail Assistance is a family-owned and operated National Merchandising Firm, doing business since 1990 and employing over 1,000 employees across the United States. The focus of our business is based on selling THROUGH product in stores. We do this by merchandising our various client's products based on floorplans/planograms, as well as capability of interpreting individual store direction. In addition, Retail Assistance goes one step further to ensure that the product gets sold at the store level. We put Brand Ambassadors in key doors to sell the product directly to the consumer. By using this two-pronged approach, by merchandising and massing out the product correctly on the selling floor, and then to actually provide the customer knowledge about those products, increases the client’s ROI. Retail Assistance also provides auditing capabilities as well as mystery shopping.Retail Assistance encompasses a dynamic real-time reporting system, a communication and reporting portal that provides our client's reports and photos from the stores 24/7, a training director, and Account Managers that are a single point of contact. This process allows RAC to provide a detailed analysis of their in-store visits.
