I was the "go-to" manager for most operational issues at NES. In my 25 year career, I have performed or managed just about every loan origination, servicing, and collection task. My ability to improve operational efficiencies, and guide staff through change, allowed NES to increase its servicing capacity without compromising service levels. I currently lead NES' servicing units, as I have done since 2001, as well as managing the majority of the company's external business partnerships. ● Secured and implemented the on-boarding process of new clients generating over $15,000,000 in new loan volume. Acted as the primary client contact in person, electronically and over the phone.● Oversaw and coached staff of 45 employees transitioning from servicing federal to institutional loans.● Coordinated with human resources and managers to develop and implement high-quality cross training of all cross functional departments, ensuring sufficient coverage in all areas of business.● Used data-driven analytics to secure collection agencies netting millions of dollars in recoveries on defaulted loan portfolio.Prior to the creation of NES, I worked at Corus Bank.
