As an Amazon Process Assistant, I oversee the daily operations and workflows of the fulfillment center, ensuring that customer orders are delivered on time and with quality. I also collaborate with managers and associates to identify and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise. I have been working at Amazon since January 2021, and I have gained valuable skills and experience in logistics, teamwork, and problem-solving. In addition to my current role, I am also pursuing a certificate in software development at Fullstack Academy, where I am learning how to build web applications using various technologies and frameworks, such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Node.js, React, and MongoDB. I have a passion for coding and creating user-friendly and functional websites that meet the needs and expectations of the clients and users. Before joining Amazon and Fullstack Academy, I graduated from the Art Institute of Atlanta in 2017, where I studied graphic design and digital media.
