As Executive Director I was part of the Executive team with responsibility for leading the development and sales teams, creating a culture of collaborative working during a period of significant change at Hanover.

Achievements resulted from a focus on effective strategic relations together with a creative and innovative approach to development and regeneration. My responsibilities included building and managing a development programme of c650 units per annum, management of the Homebuy agency for Hertfordshire (Lea Valley Homes), acting as Managing Director of Lea Valley Developments, overall responsibility for repairs, maintenance and asset managemen and setting up Connect Property Services (maintenance Joint Venture)
