I have provided bookkeeping services & advice to Rennie Welch clients in a wide range of sectors for over 20 years. I am a naturally friendly and helpful person and I feel very fortunate that my job allows me to meet new people on a regular basis and that I have the ability to help them to solve their software/VAT/bookkeeping/accounting problems. I love a challenge, and with things changing so quickly in the world of accounting software there is always something new out there to get my teeth into.I am fully accredited in the use of Quickbooks Online and Xero, and am regularly involved in setting up the software for our clients. Following this I provide one to one training and ongoing support to the client. Alternatively, I can provide a full bookkeeping service whereby all record keeping/VAT submissions etc will be dealt with on the clients’ behalf.In addition to Quickbooks and Xero I have also worked with and installed numerous examples of linking software apps, to automate data processing and business processes. These range from automatic posting of bank transactions and invoices, to automated credit control systems.My experience over the years has also given me considerable VAT knowledge, including Flat Rate Scheme, Partial Exemption and Retail Schemes.My belief is that we can use technology and smarter procedures to simplify processes and free up more of our clients’ time to do the things that they really want to be doing.
