With achieving a bachelor's degree in exercise, health, and fitness. and studying for a master's in Research in Exercise Science. My career has progressed to teaching sports and exercise to an average group of 20 students, 16-18 years old. Whom are very much a challenge, with providing activities to activate their interest and concentration. As they lose interest and get bored very easily. Teaching at Gateshead and Sunderland College, nutrition and psychology in sport, as well as Anatomy Physiology, and Uniformed Services. Utilizing such resources as PowerPoint, active communication with students, providing support, designing and providing tasks for students, as well as teaching in the sports hall and a gym setting to design gym personal programs. With a background as a fitness instructor for over a period of 10 years, I was able to provide substantial knowledge in the field.
