The best compliment I had was being called OCD - because I care about my job and I do the entire job, not just some of it!I discovered people don't like change - I also discovered COVID made me realize I NEEDED a change!

After leaving this role - I discovered two things! I enjoy challenges alot and I am great at customer service! One of my most successful accomplishments is having three former team members acknowledge me after the fact - that without me as their Manager - they would not have completed school or be the success they are today - they thanked me for helping them achieve their goals. My other known accomplishments are my customer service skills - one customer used to call the store and have me pick up his groceries and drop them off at his house because he had no one else to help him and I was always willing to help - the other is a customer that was an addict - we had many negative encounters - and one day when he saw me at a public establishment and he was clean - he thanked me for being a person to him. Now we wave when he is at the bus stop waiting to go to work! When people Manage a store - it's not just about the sales but about the people! ALOT of stores forget that and alot of Corporate offices forget that! Trying to keep up on the new products and promoting these products. Building great customer relations and furthering my career within the company!!! But I do believe my eagerness to strive in a challenge and keeping up on new popular products keeps me above the normal stores :) and I succeeded at them both! my sales exceeded all budgets!
