Part of a 66m service enhancement programme of works, tasked to oversee the implementation of supporting technology for a shared service centre for HM Prison Service. Consolidating existing HR, Finance, Recruitment and Selection and Training and Development functions. Reviewing business processes to derive functional requirements for Technology Selection. Reviewing and validating technology choices such as integrated document management, telephony, infrastructure. Working closely with the supplier to ensure the customers needs were met. Adhering to programme quality gateways internally and independently driven by OGC. Managing time and resources inline with project and programme boundaries.

I worked initially as technical support for the call centre daily operation, before moving to a business analyst/BCM role for a 2.1m project to implement Siebel Call CentreWorked closely alongside IBM to gain expose to the full project life cycle. During this time I took my Prince2 Foundation paper as I wanted to move into project management. Following the closure of the project I was offered a support role with the internal Siebel Technical Team.
