Yes...There really is an exclamation point in my name. It started a long time ago and just ... stuck. Once you meet me, it all makes sense.Originally from the east coast, I have an uncanny and proven ability to excel in demanding environments that require both logical thinking and creative problem-solving skills. There is also a deep passion for bringing out the best in those around me while developing and implementing new programs that improve existing systems and processes. Leave it better than you found it for the next innovator to improve upon. With a background and experience in theater I have strong public speaking skills with the ability to engage and inspire audiences through charismatic and confident presentations. I tend to make the joke that giving me the microphone is not the problem, it's how are you going to get it back? I jest but understand that there is a right person for every moment and sometimes that is not me. In a healthy work/life balance, I am an avid reader and actively support live local theater - especially if there is singing and dancing involved. Being a proud LGTBQ+ Ally and Disabled Inclusion Advocate is a part of everyday life and has been for many years. The world has changed and I am excited to be a steward of the next phase.
