I have Served a 2 year Board Member and a 3 year Presidential term with the Greater Grand Rapids/Kalamazoo Chapter CMSA (Case Management Society of America) from 2012-2016. My official title is VP of Operations covering the 3 states & Mukti Division, However; I am a Dent Maker! Meaning - I make an "Impact" on the lives and well being of others & those I serve!!!! I make a difference!!!!!
