My skills enable me to collaborate across organisations and with varied stakeholders to support in employee development and engagement within a diverse and competitive environment, working to identify and shape learning solutions. Experience in recruitment and induction at peak times.Lead Facilitator for a UK wide roll out of new technology, that not only delivered a new way of working but also saw a change in culture within the business. Outwith my career in John Lewis, I had the priveliage of delivering a Strength Finders session to a group from the British Army at Edinburgh Castle. I have also done some voluntary L&D consultancy work with the Prince's Trust providing feedback and suggestions for their Million Makers launch day session.
