Orbital Insight is a geospatial analytics company that supports Government and Commercial customers with analytics insights from imagery, radio-frequency and terrestrial commercial sensors. Responsible for sales and business development for the Orbital Insight Federal line of business. Identified and developed strategic partnerships with Defense Systems Integrators and within industry. Collaborated with cross-functional team across Product, Programs, Engineering, Marketing, Capture and Sales to align product roadmap to strategic pursuits and partnerships. Built partnerships with customers to understand mission challenges and gaps and ideate on solutions. Lead engagements across the US Federal Market to include DoD, IC and DHS. Manage the multi-year federal pipeline. Create and develop opportunities that strengthen long-term pipeline. Prepared proposals, quotes and papers on Orbital's Software As A Service (SaaS) and analytical insights to be provided as (Data as a Service (DaaS)). Developed a Go To Market plan for the Orbital Insight products including target customers, market placement, federal offering, strategic captures, competitive analysis, partners and multi-year orders forecast. Sierra Nevada Corporation is a global technology firm that provides products and engineering services to Commercial and Government clients. I served in numerous roles, most recently as the Sr. Director of Innovative Solutions Business Unit. Other roles include Sr. Director of Business Development and Sr. Director of Engineering. Responsible for P&L, sales as well as full program execution for Innovative Solutions area which includes three main product lines (DaaS, SaaS and Services) as well as leadership and oversight for an affiliate company. Responsible for defining the vision and managing delivery for a range of service offerings including data solutions to create insights from commercial sensors (EO, UTS, RF, Cyber) and NTM sources, bespoke analytics, risk solutions, cyber data analytics, cyber threat detection, security architecture & engineering, scalable cloud architectures, multi-domain data lakes, open- source data, time series data, and data visualization. Supports a wide range of industry-leading clients across numerous sectors including the Intelligence Community (IC), Defense, Homeland Security, Agriculture, Entertainment, and Health. Developed new and tailored capabilities to solve clients' challenges and meet their requirements, aligned to their organization strategies, across all components of their technology landscape.

ManTech is a technology services corporation focused on supporting the Defense, Homeland Security, Intelligence Community and Federal Civilian Agencies. In my role, as Vice President I was responsible for overseeing a business unit focused on delivering large scale data solutions to the Government using Agile software best practices. My duties included transforming the technical processes and technologies used to leverage industry best practices and emerging technologies. I had oversight of many of the company's technical contracts to include execution, sales, and program management. In addition to sub-contractors, and vendors I had over 60 direct employees in my organization. I was responsible for growing new business in this area, ensuring customer satisfaction and the quality of products, promoting new technical processes, and establishing the technical roadmap. The customers served by my division include JIEDDO, COIC, NASIC, DCGS-MC, DCGS-A, NAVAIR, and the Marine Corps.

Ms. Morgan became the Director of the Technical Solutions Division of MTCSC in October 2006. Her duties included developing the technical roadmap for the company for both corporate and customer efforts, facilitating the allocation and growth of 70+ technical employees, developing new business, managing technical contracts and efforts and preparing the company for CMMI Level II assessment. Ms. Morgan managed three technical efforts including over 45 personnel, development and maintenance of an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), and management of the technical projects. The technical projects include implementation of MOSS 2007 portals, distributed enterprise architecture based on Active Directory, DIB, Google Search Appliances, MOSS 2007, Google Earth and Active Directory.

Ms. Morgan provided technical support to the Assault Amphibious Vehicle (AAV7A1) program office of the Marine Corps System Command. Ms. Morgan performed evaluations and made recommendations for design modernization and system integration. She developed and tested prototypes. Ms. Morgan interpreted and analyzed deviations and waivers and made recommendations for resolution. She performed specification reviews, trend analysis of component failures, and developed Engineering Change Proposals (ECP) in support of fielded systems and the next generation upgrade program (AAV7A1-RAM/RS). Ms. Morgan prepared technical analyses and reports recommending program decisions based on technical merit and life cycle costs. Ms. Morgan coordinated with other government agencies and contractors for developing Demonstrators and Prototypes.

Ms. Morgan spent over eight years at NAVSEA Carderock, first as a Student Trainee, then a Co-Op student and finally as an Engineer. She performed research and development as part of the Environmental Quality Department for NAVSEA on varying technologies including graywater filtration, incineration and oily wastewater filtration. Ms. Morgan served as project lead for two shipboard prototype systems. Her key duties included performing training for ships force, preparing technical packages, monitoring and evaluating system performance and maintenance. Ms. Morgan planned and executed shipboard installation of prototype systems. Ms. Morgan prepared proposals for laboratory and shipboard evaluations. She performed analysis of systems and technologies, and analyzed the resulting data. Ms. Morgan used Auto Cad to prepare drawings of combustion laboratory. She assisted with the construction of the combustion laboratory and oily waste filtration systems. Ms. Morgan documented trips, system performance, laboratory and shipboard evaluations. Ms. Morgan worked with contractor, ships force and senior engineers to complete tasks.
