In support of Boeing Global Services, I work under Government Supply Chain Services and collaborate with cross functional teams in goal & priority alignment, in development, implementation and measurements of process improvement plans. I also lead employee engagement teams and activities, along with developing documentation and the facilitation of monthly Business Performance Reviews with internal and external stakeholders. Another responsibility of mine is to work with our Program Managers in understanding their CPARs, (Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting) and assisting the Program Managers with rebuttal responses and a proactive approach of developing self assessments. Finally, I am responsible to provide oversight and approval for Government Services Business Contributions.

Short lived support with the F-22 program. First support role as a Business Operations Analyst primarily focused on meeting support and document control. I left this role with F-22 for Government Supply Chain Services because the opportunity presented looked exciting, challenging and would keep me busy learning new things.

Worked 1 year as an administrative assistant to Logistics supporting routine business meetings, focus on calendar support and travel.

Administrative support for Boeing South Carolina Engineering Design Center Vice President. This role included complete calendar control, facilitating business meetings to include standardized staff and business reviews, logistical support for visiting guests, travel subject matter expert, assist with Engineer Week event execution and support of the sponsored Trebuchet Team and community events.

Administrative support for Boeing South Carolina State & Local Government Operations team/Lobbyists. Full support to include logistics for all high profile visits on a broad spectrum of famous people, House and Senate members, to Presidential candidates. Active involvement and knowledge of the Tricounty community and the non-profit organizations. Travel subject matter expert to include the many nuances with purchase cards and lobbyist registrations.

Provided C-17 administrative oversight to 10 locations nationwide. This role included leading a team of 10 diverse administrators, support of over 200 employees, developing a standardized work instructional document, ISO certification, A travel expense professional and managing the office as well as the budget.

Administrative support for C-17 Aircrew Training Services. This role included full office management, supply ordering, logistical support for visitors, travel and non-Boeing reverse proxy access to Boeing systems.
