Although primarily focused on food growing activities, I welcome sharing all gardening knowledge and as accessible for all pocket sizes as possible!

• Streamlined the online application form for Unsecured Loans by 50%, providing a quicker experience for members• Transformed the process for managing online membership applications, reducing processing time and errors. • My role at the garden centre started purely with the “outdoor plant staff”. I gained an additional role a year later, designing posters (MS Publisher) and stickers (HLS) for all departments. Shortly afterwards, I was chosen to work alongside the new plant manager in the busiest area. As a result my job was extremely varied and I constantly prioritised my workload to multi-task within my own department and for the others• Working as part of a team of experts in a busy retail area, maintaining stock and displays• Advised customers on products both in person and through telephone enquiries • Attending to plant deliveries & locking/unlocking outdoor plant area
