Support two attorneys and a paralegal with daily operations. Responsibilities include: entering billable time into EliteWebview; filing motions and pleadings in State and Federal Courts; coordinate and set hearings, depositions, attorney meetings, court reporters and calendar deadlines. Coordinate service of subpoenas. Make all business travel arrangements and general office duties. Maintain attorneys’ continuing legal education requirements. Participate in firm’s volunteer committee.

Coordinate corporate meetings and handle daily correspondence. Coordinate duplication and processing of condominium documents. Reconcile escrow and operating accounts. Handle processing of closings; review closing statements, verify funds and maintain Lotus and Excel spreadsheets concerning closing information, escrow deposits and new contracts. Post information into accounting software.

Daily update of accounts payable and accounts receivable. Research and process titles; Research and resolve title problems; post all car sales. Handle collections of funds and prepare loan documents for submittal to the banks.

Handle all paperwork relating to ordering and sales of new cars; distribution of pertinent information to sales department; title processing and research; customer contact and coordinate pick up of vehicles.
